Certamen Internacional de Cortadores de Jamón con Platos y Pizarras!

Ayer se celebró en el hotel The Westin Palace de Madrid el Certamen Internacional de Jamón 2013, dónde el Grupo Vidaaustera crea y organiza sinergias entre el mundo del arte y la alta gastronomia, el evento mas importante del universo del jamón. Ocho candidatos lucharon para conseguir el titulo «Maestro Cortador de Jamón 2013» y un trofeo espectacular diseñado por Platos y Pizarras. Llevo mucho tiempo con ganas de enseñaros las fantásticas creaciones en Platos y Pizarra de mi amiga Maria Campo. Os dejo algunas imágenes del evento para que veáis el nivel que había entre los cortadores y sus creaciones que presentaban al jurado sobre las pizarras de Platos y Pizarras. Lo mejor del evento fue comer el jamoncito recién cortado por los maestros que participaron. Feliz Viernes!!

The Certamen Internacional del Jamón 2013 (International Serrano Ham Fair 2013) took place yesterday at the Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid, where Vidaaustera Group organize it to link the world of arts with the highest standard gastronomic names. Eight finalists where competing to win the “Maestro Cortador de Jamón 2013” award, and it´s spectacular trophy designed by Platos y Pizarras brand. I´ve been looking forward to share with you all the beautiful creations of Platos y Pizarras from my good friend María Campo.
